Cramping non stop at 35 weeks.

Hi , I’ve been cramping consistently since I got 35 weeks. Like it REALLY hurts , but I went to the hospital yesterday and my cervix wasn’t dilated at all… is this normal ? They say my baby is healthy and everything is fine , but like I feel like labor is coming sooner than later. I feel like I’m trying to gaslight myself though… anyone else experiencing or experienced this?

Probably Braxton hicks

I had this at 35 weeks and at 37 weeks my water broke but not dilated. The doctors had to induce me as my baby pooped inside and was a risk of infection. I gave birth to a heathy boy at 3200g.

I started having Braxton hicks at 32 weeks with my first and again this pregnancy. With my first I delivered at 38 weeks so it lasted quite a long time. This go around seems way more intense and more frequent than I remember happening last time. If you’re not dilating I wouldn’t worry. It’s possible you could go into labor early but it doesn’t sound like you are there yet.

I also had the same experience as Emily. I had constant Braxton Hicks all day and it was painful (felt like cramping). I also believed labor was coming early because I was constantly having Braxton Hicks but I delivered at 39 weeks and one day.

Conceiving after C-section

Hi all!

I’ve seen many conflicting posts about conceiving after a c-section. I ideally do not want a large gap between my children. I’m currently 5 months pp and would like to start ttc in a few months.

People who waited or didn’t wait -what was it like?

If you didn’t wait the recommended time, was it another section or is a VBAC achievable that soon?

Thank you 💗

Gender scan

Has anyone had multiple pregnancies, one without finding the gender and one with? Which did you prefer? Did knowing make it easier to prepare?
I’m struggling to decide if I want to find out. My partner does want to know but I don’t. But now I’m wondering if I’m being mean amd making him miss out on the experience and it would actually be easier if we found out?

Just want some friendly advice.

UK Mums: Can anyone help? Midwife changed my delivery date and I received a call about an antenatal appointment

So today I missed a call from the hospital stating I need to book an appointment but nothing further. I called and the guy said he can't see anything on their end. I went on my NHS app to see if I could find anything and that's when I saw that my midwife made a new entry that September 4/26 is my estimated delivery date when my due date is September 12/26. I know last time baby was measuring big and I had an elective, but the hospital was no help in finding out what the appointment was for... Could it be related to the change in date? I'm so confused
