Yes. It can take 2-3 weeks depending on how far along you were. I had one at 12 weeks, which I then passed naturally. Not fun.

My hCG tests were negative by 14 days after the full bleeding (actually passing) started.

If after 3 weeks they still aren't negative they will ask that you contact them because there may be retained tissue.
