I had a similar situation when I was 10 weeks with my first, I called my drs who referred me to epau and they did an early scan! X

Speak to your EPU if you’re concerned and they could potentially scan you

Contact triage and they will give you the number to the early pregnancy unit.
Please get checked out !
In my first pregnancy I had this and I had a missed miscarriage, it was the hormones dropping which started to make me bleed slightly.
In my second pregnancy I had this and was completely fine. You never know until you get checked x
