Cradle cap?

Did anyone help this come off babies head or just let it fall off naturally?

Her pediatrician recommended coconut oil, and it worked really well for her. Now she’s outgrown it, and I haven’t seen it since she was a tiny newborn.

There are special combs you can get but it's recommended not to pick it off as it can scar

I would just soak in coconut oil and use a soft brush :)

Dentinox (not sure if they sell in US, maybe try Amazon) do a cradle cap shampoo treatment, you put it on and wash it off twice, I use a soft brush while it’s in before washing off and gently brush in circular motions, it’s 90% gone after one use!

I left coconut oil on for 15 minutes then gently combed her head with an eyebrow spoolie, did that twice and it's completely gone, most of it went first time too just a couple bits the second time

I’ve always been told to leave it alone completely and brush & wash hair as normal, it’ll come off itself and applying anything or picking it off in any way can cause issues x

I put Vaseline on to loosen it and used one of those rubber massage tool things for washing hair, was gone within a week and never came back. Was very gentle, if you loosen it first then it won’t scar and it just flakes off

Baby oil on babies head for the day, then use a cradle cap brush in the bath and soak it off. Circular motions with brush and just do a little bit every other day so babies head doesn't get too sore x

I used baby oil and a soft baby brush on my son. Just don’t scrub it off or peel it off obviously. Be gentle circular motions and just do it every time you wash their hair. Eventually it’ll all fall out.

Saw another post about rear facing vs forward facing and was just amazed at responses….

The fear mongering around forward facing is incredible… rear facing obviously is preferable but people talk about it as if the alternative is negligent.
Rear-facing being safest often gets interpreted emotionally as “forward-facing is unsafe.” And they just are not the same thing.

I’ve got 3 kids and have done both for different reasons… Living in 2026, forward facing seats are continuously designed to be safer each year. Just wanted to put it out there as we often feel like we aren’t doing enough or are constantly scrutinised as mothers anyway. Do what’s best for your child, you aren’t a bad parent.

Clitoral Adhesion

Has anyone dealt w this?
Basically the hood of your clit gets stuck to it and your hood becomes essentially pointless. It causes a multitude of issues and I’ve been dealing with it since i was 20 I’m 26 now.
I’m a clean freak about my 🐱 so I really believe it’s not due so smegma build up, I read that it can be caused by sexual discomfort and trauma to the clit.
Which checks out.. My partner at the time just sucked, would slam into me like a brick wall. Hardly ever did foreplay, I needed lube constantly. I’m always uncomfy and really NEVER finish.
I brought it up to my Gyno once when it first started happening it was a man and he basically just tried to force my nonexistent hood back and nothing ever resulted from it..

I’m just wanting to see if anyone has dealt with this.. I hate the way my vag looks and feels, im tired of being uncomfy where i should feel good.
I’m pregnant w my second baby and I really want to get this fixed after they’re born..

5 months pp, still don’t want sex…

I’m 5 months postpartum and it’s still painful to have sex. I had a C Section, so the scar still feels weird and uncomfortable being touched down there. Has anyone else gone through this? Is it normal or should I be worried?

Dr Google says my body could still be in shock from having a baby and it’s stopping me from enjoying anything.

Bath too hot?

I feel horrible, my baby is 4 months old and she usually likes her baths. And I’m usually good at reading the temperature before I put her in, but this time I feel like I wasn’t. She was ok initially but then all of a sudden as I was cleaning her hair she because fussy and her face changed. Then she because upset and wanted to move out of her bath seat. So I quickly picked her up as the crying got worse and her skin was hot. I then laid her on her mat to soothe her and let her cool down. She is ok now and back to her smiley self but I feel horrible knowing I put her in and it was too hot for her!!! ☹️☹️☹️

I cannot be the only mum heading to bed right after I put my toddler down????

I'm a SAHM with a 15 month old. She naps a total of 1 hour during the day. Still on 2 naps. I'm EXHAUSTED by 7.30pm when she goes to bed. She is up at 6am so I literally find myself crawling into bed the moment I've got her down. Sometimes I scroll for an hour. But sometimes I'm going straight to sleep.

Anyone with me???
