Hi, I just wondered if anyone had a breech baby that turned after 36 weeks.
I am now 36 weeks with my first and going through the process of having to make a decision about intervention due to a breech baby. It doesn’t help that she’s measuring 95% for head and 99% for tummy as well so they are not recommending that I try breech birth at full term.
I’m trying to stay positive that there’s still a chance she’ll turn but it doesn’t seem like the doctors are confident that she will on her own.
If you’ve been in a similar position and had a positive experience I’d really appreciate hearing about it :)

I haven’t experienced this but it was a thought our midwife had had for a while due to baby position so we checked but anyway, when discussing with her as I wanted an unmedicated birth, she said out of her two births, her breach was the better one… but it could just be a unique experience

My baby was footling breech (feet down) I don’t have a Turning positive story.but had an elective c section and my birth was amazing. I wouldn’t change it even if I could.
I was devestated first, but for my next baby (if I’m lucky to have one) I would opt for a c section now.
So if you had to have one , it’s not so bad ❤️❤️🫶
Best of luck to you girl x
