Grilled chicken and veggies. Pretty boring, but i jazz it up with different spices. Usually marinate the chicken first. Cilantro lime chicken and grilled zucchini is one of my fave meals.

Shrimp is low calorie and high protein. No idea if you're averse to organ meats but chicken gizzards are pretty versatile, cheap, high in protein but not great on the fat content (moderation is key). I also still eat fish, mainly salmon.
