Anyone here still breastfeeding? So keen to be done with it, but it seems to be dragging on. Those who have done it after age two, how did you manage? She will feed after having a whole banana or full meal, so replacing her meals won't work like it did for my eldest at 14 months. The only break I have is when she is at full-time daycare. Should I just pack up for a two day holiday? Not too optimistic that will work either 😭

‘Still’ happily feeding! Personally not planning to stop.
Have you spoken to her about stopping?

My LB is weaning after 2 but I am pregnant so that has made it easier. Holiday won't work, at this age they can remember the boob so they see you and are excited to get boobie again. For us we started with night weaning before I got pregnant and then dropped daytime feeds as it was easy to distract and offer food instead but morning and bedtime feeds stuck a bit longer. Until my supply dropped and he decided he'd rather have a bottle of milk and a cuddle.
