Should I be worried that my baby has already positioned itself head-down at 23 weeks?

I had my first son 4 years ago at 30 weeks and was in the nicu for a month I’m worried that the same thing might happen.

Before 32 weeks babies are still flipping around. He may not stay that way.

Id say your fine! You still have time for baby to continue to move around! If your super worried about consult your ob or mid-wife!

Currently having my glucose test

Blehhhhh I do not remember it tasting that bad last time 🤢🤢🤢 felt so sick in those last couple mouthfuls 🙈

Now stuck with the 2 hour wait 😴 I don't think I'll have GD, I didn't with my son, typically I get dizzy if I've not had any sugar for a while too and my sugars have been known to be low so probably all fine.

How is everyone else doing today? I definitely just can't wait for this all to be over now 😅

Glucose test

I was offered a glucose test in my first pregnancy with my 17 month old, but wasn’t offered one this time round apparently due to my ethnicity being black African which isn’t in the ethnic groups at risk of GD. I thought they were routinely offered to everyone? Anyone told they don’t need a glucose test too by midwives at Liverpool women’s?

(Don’t get me wrong I absolutely hate the test and glad I don’t have to sit it but just need to know I’m not the only one who hasn’t been offered it😭)

Need Help with weightless and scared to ask my doctor for help

I need help!!! I am 8 months post partum. ( c-section) Single mom. Before pregnancy i was 230pounds and was loving by body. With pregnancy i went up to 310 pounds and cant seem to lose any of it. If anything i have gained MORE! Currently and for a the last 2 months i have been stuck between 320-315 pounds everyday the scale being something between that. I work out at the gym about 2 times a week when i am baby free. And have been dieting! I cant seem to lose anything and its really bothering my mental health and how i see myself. I have spoken to family about how it bothers me and im trying my best with what i got. They had suggested i ask my doctor for a weight loss helper like Ozempic, but to be honestly im nervous to talk to my doctor about it due to judgement. When i was 1 month pregnant my doctor at the time dropped me as a client and i had to get a new one asap. Which is the doctor i have now, she knows nothing about me and i have seen her about 2 times since being 2 months pregnant. I guess im nervous for asking for help and getting judged or denied. I cant handle being in the body i am in now. I NEED HELP! Please. How should i go about talking to my doctor for help? And is there anything else i can do i am in such desperate need. Im willing to do ANYTHINGGGGG.
