Growth scan concerns 36 weeks

Anyone had experience with growth scans? I’m finding the results fuelling me with anxiety! I now have to wait 2 weeks for another rescan at 38 weeks and growth clinic appointment with an obstetrician.
Basically looks like baby has been growing but sliding off the centiles, placenta and umbilical cord function are normal. At the last scan they couldn’t measure his head due to tricky positioning and they had to remeasure the femur multiple times, as they appear to have grown only a little bit in 4 weeks by 5.2mm which in centiles dropped from 41% to 17% and abdominal circumference dropped from 70% to 52%.
I must add my mum and me were both born quite small so was my daughter 2,5kg-2.9kg (under 5.5lb/6lb) despite BMI being on the high side. Not sure if it’s just genetics, I didn’t have growth scans with my daughter so can’t compare.
I had a consultant appointment yesterday and they didn’t feel any additional actions were required as a repeat scan and appt with growth clinic were booked. The only thing I can do in between is monitor baby movement closely, which doesn’t help as I end up over analysing everything!

You can always decline additional scans if you feel they’re more stress than they’re worth - scans can be quite inaccurate at this stage

How many growth scans have you had ? If you’ve had multiple put them all together and you often see outliers , especially this late in pregnancy.
There’s so many factors like babies positioning and even who it is that scans you that can make things seem so big when in reality somewhere you just had a poor scan.
One of my scans recently showed my boy had got smaller since his last 🤨 then the next scan he was right back on his curve so that entire scan in my view was a right of . The same happened with my first aswell.

Honestly don’t take it to heart, babies are difficult and scans can be up to 15% different to reality.

I completely relate, also going for scans every 2 weeks and have been since around the 30 weeks point baby went from 17% down to 3% then up to 9.1 and then 9.9 and then on Monday we’ll be having our 38 weeks to see how we’re doing! Defo a nervous time as like you everything else is absolute fine baby is happy just on the smaller side with last weight prediction at 36wks being 5lb3oz, really hoping to be over the 10% as then I can head to birth centre (all being well) however if under, hospital are wanting to induce or c section at 39 wks so emotions are a bit all over the place! Just know you’re not alone 💕 and it really can change a lot in just two weeks, and as my midwife has been telling me other than the % going down and baby being smaller they are still healthy and happy 🥰

due dates wrong?

-Originally worked out that my due date was supposed to be 29th of May!
-Had our 12 week scan and baby girl was measuring 8 weeks, had a repeat 12 week scan when she should have measured 12 weeks and she was measuring at 14 weeks and then at our 20 week scan she was measuring almost 23 weeks.
-NHS changed our due date to 30th of June as her scans were dating all over the place.
-anyways fast forward to 2 weeks ago, (we were by their due date 32 weeks, but by our due date 36 weeks) we went for a routine growth scan as had a emergency c section last pregnancy. Baby was measuring 37+5 and has extra fluid around her.
-had a repeat glucose tolerance test, came back absolutely normal.

Could it be that our original due date was right as her measurements basically perfectly align with that (meaning we’re due in 10 days) or could it be that she’s just a big baby?
She was measuring 5lbs7oz at “nhs 32 weeks”

-worth adding that if we’re going by our date we’re 38 +6 atm and I’ve been having on and off contractions for the past 6 days but hospital don’t want to know unless my waters break because by their date we’re only 34 + 2🤦🏽‍♀️

Baby #3 ?????

I had a c section with my first and a successful VBAC with my second.
Has anyone experience birth of a third after these two births ?
Just looking for anyone’s experience or advice is there more or less risk than the second ?

I loathe the medical system in this country

So beyond getting a few different dates for delivery, being high risk because i just turned 35 but bp is good, baby fluids are good...been very prayerful theough this... I'm here to encourage anybody if you know the experience you want to have, especially a vbac please stand for what you want because no one should be able to pressure you in the medical office to do something that you don't want to do, especially when everything is in good standing.
