27 weeks!

It’s funny how you can go one day feeling absolutely fine and the next absolute dog sh*t.
My second trimester has been pretty much easy going thank god but today damnnn, I’m really out of breathe, I’m having heart flutters, I’m dizzy I feel sick all day.
I normally go to the gym but could not make it today.
Please tell me this is normal as I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and the struggle to breathe sometimes is triggering.

Hey! I would say it’s normal (for me) I don’t know how everyone works though. I’m out of breath just walking up my stairs at home, always need a sit down after it and I have felt the little heart flutters. I’m not concerned but if you feel it’s really unsettling I’d just mention it to your midwife or doctor when you see them next? I’m also 27 weeks. I see my midwife when I’m 29 weeks, not sure about you? It could be a deficiency like low iron so you could get that checked X

I've had heart flutters in second trimester and spoke to gp about it and they said its normal due to the large amount of blood in your body. But if you are concerned, defo speak to midwife or GP!

First period post baby 😭😭

Anyone else feel like their first period after baby is the most horrific period they’ve ever had?
I had my daughter towards the end of October and have had 10-11 bouts of cramps and back pain, but no period. But Tuesday evening everything kicked off and it’s like early labour pains 😭💀 .. it’s ridiculously heavy as well, but I heard that this can happen when you have the coil put in as well..

Feel sorry for myself, but having two kids leaves little time for that 😂😅

High?

I’m on high risk of preeclampsia, I’m 36+5 and my blood pressure since yesterday night is 120-90, is the diastolic a little bit high? I had trace of proteine in my urine last time at the midwife and my albumin is very low so I’m starting to be worried about that

Beta test at 11dp5dtp

How quick do you get results back? Due to test tomorrow and if positive go for a beta test around 11am. Bit anxious on whether I would hear back before the long weekend! Its a private ivf clinic, not via NHS...

To cycle or not to cycle

I have been cycling to work for about 2 years now. The road is quite bumpy but I try and use the quieter roads to avoid any accident. Cycling in London is a bit crazy!

I am now 5 weeks pregnant. Is it safe to continue cycling? Without cycling, getting to work would be trickier and more stressful.

Is my baby okay?

I’m 9 weeks pregnant and my son who is 2 was sitting next to me as I was laying on my side and he stood up by putting pressure not kick but kinda like a step/ push off on my left side of my belly and now I’m so worried what if baby isn’t okay and what if the baby is gone. I went through a miscarriage in January of this year and since then I’m just already so worried of another one. I tell my 2 year old be careful with baby and he has kicked my belly before and everything was fine but still I get so worried especially because that side does feel sore especially in the pelvic but please someone help with my stress.
