Not talking or pointing

Hey moms, My baby is 13 month old now but not talking or saying any word or pointing. I am worried about her. Is this okay ? As I see kids at this age saying mumma dada and pointing

in our community

Help!

Just had baby and it's our first night home. An older nurse in the hospital told us to always be able to see his face in case he silently chokes. He is being breastfed and we actively burp him when he cries, etc. This freaked me out and is making us sleep in shifts even though we're both exhausted.

How would you respond?

So my husband has made comments before about going out and finding a hookup to have anal with since I dont like it and i always just said ok knowing he wasn't going to do it.

Tonight he brought it up in all seriousness and asked me about it like if it was something id actually be okay with... and it kinda threw me off but like, ok.. i dont want you hooking up alone, but like I'd be down for a 3some?

Just not expecting this tonight and idk how to respond or what to even think about this.. thoughts? (Please be nice, im also 26w preg and overly emotional)

My daughter is 16 months old nearly. She’s always been a bad sleeper! I managed to get her into a routine off tea, bath, book, bottle, bed for 8pm most nights.

In the day at nursery she has 1 nap being 12:25-2:15 making bedtime around 7:45-8pm. Which worked for so long.

She’s now having 2 maybe 3 naps ( yes I know she shouldn’t be / doesn’t need to be but sometimes I’m too tired to even fight keeping her up)

Yesterday she napped 3 times being 8:45-9:30, 11:10-12:50, then 4:30-5:25 yes late I know. As she was up at 4:25 yesterday morning!

I kept to the same routine, put her to bed at 9. She didn’t fall asleep until 9:42, took all that time to settle her as now she doesn’t have a bottle at bedtime as she never drinks them!
But again this morning woke up at 4:25.

What can I do to keep her to stay asleep past 6-6:30 each morning?
As she used to wake up between 6:45-7:30 every morning sleeping 9-10.5 hours each night but it’s suddenly dropped to around 6-6.5 hours so she’s exhausted quicker in the day!

Please help! One exhausted mumma 🫩🥱

I’m honestly such a heavy sleeper and struggle to wake up if I haven’t had a good 6hr sleep. Im sure it will, but a part of me is so so worried this won’t change when my baby is here. was anyone else the same yet managed to adjust?

Anyone awake? 🥺

Feeling like a shit parent right now and needing a village boost. 😔 been up for 2.5 hours and baby still not settled. My 4 Yr old woke up from a nightmare too and I feel its my fault because she was told off this evening and I think we were too harsh. She had such a meltdown like I've never seen before. I was just cuddling her and she felt like a baby again and I feel so sad I made her feel like that, that she ended up having a bad dream. Hubby has had to take over because newborn still wide awake and now I feel like a failure. Can't get baby to sleep. 4 Yr old feels unsettled. Hubby now lack of sleep and he has an interview tomorrow. Big fat failure here. 😭
