Do you know the placement of your placenta? Even if so id mention to your midwife when you see them or even give them a ring and just say your concerned you havent felt much movement and would like to be checked over make sure all is okay x

Have you been told where your placenta is? If it's anterior, it may still be a while before you feel anything. Check in with your midwife to be sure.
For me, it feels like someone is kinda wiggling their hand a little in my stomach

I started to feel movements like bubbles from 18weeks now it gets stronger more like tinny kicks, but for everyone is different i guess, did you have a scan recently and did you tell your midwife ?

I laughed when someone once said "is it a fart or is it baby?" And surely enough, it feels like gas moving around inside you. Then they felt more like bubbles popping inside, or like popcorn popping. Now I can feel her rolling and higher up, and it's just....weird 😂 I can't explain that feeling

Registering birth what would you do 🤦🏼‍♀️

Obviously my boys aren’t here yet but I’ve recently found out they’re reopened the registry office in town so was interested to see what the appointments are like as it’s only open one day a week

When I put it’s two registers twins no appointments show but when I put 1 child there’s one appointment every week for weeks 🤦🏼‍♀️

If I pick the next town over (30-40ish minutes drive on a good day ) I would be able to register them both together

Problem being my husband doesn’t drive, I’m not supposed to drive for 6 weeks as I’m having a C-section and you have to register a birth within 6 weeks 🤦🏼‍♀️

Would you piss around with a taxi (or drive if feel able) to register them both together or piss about register them one at a time over 2 weeks at the registry office that’s literally 5 minutes away

(Trying to plan ahead because I know we’re going to be run of our feet with 2 babies & a 3 year old)

Is this normal?

Sorry if this is tmi but I birth 11 weeks ago. I finally stopped bleeding 2 weeks ago and my period started yesterday. I know the first cycle after delivery is always the worst but I don’t know if this is normal. I’m bleeding through my ultra sized tampons within 2-3 hours. Like bleeding through my pants level and when I take them out, it’s just running out of me like a faucet. Is this normal?

I haven't been drinking enough water is 3D ultrasound pointless?

I have been drinking maybe one of my 26oz cups of water a day I’m sure that’s not enough. I’m getting one of the many ultrasounds of my twins tomorrow (28w) do you think it’ll be way too blurry?

Mild period cramps - 36+1

From about 9:30pm last night I had period like cramps that I wouldn’t say were consistent but they definitely were coming and going through the night because they kept waking me up. Not severely painful, just mild but noticeably uncomfortable and made me feel like I needed to poop. This morning they are still there and I did manage to poop which relieved it slightly but they’re back every 10ish minutes or so, accompanied by a dull ache in my lower back.

I did go to a gym class last night so not sure if the lower back pain is related to that or not.

Would I be silly to call triage? I’m 36+1, FTM, not sure if this is just Brixton Hicks or my body preparing etc. it seems that pre 37 weeks advice is to maybe call triage?

UPDATE: Phoned triage and she said without any other more concerning symptoms such as waters breaking, blood, baby not moving etc that they weren’t concerned. Just said to monitor and if it gets worse or any new symptoms call back. Baby just doing his thing and getting into position 🥰💙👶🏻
