plus size scans

Hi all! I’ve got my first scan on Monday and feeling a bit apprehensive as I’ve got a bit of a belly and worried they won’t be able to get a clear image - has anyone had experience with this - good or bad?
Thankyou!! ♥️

I’m plus size as well
Before I was pregnant I was already big so at the start I was scared as well. But it all depends on how big u are. Most of the time they’ll be able to see and have clear images. Sometimes if there’s an issue they’ll use a vaginal ultrasound.

Hi I'm plus size and scan for both kids were fine , nothing to worry about they may just call u. Back in a few weeks to get a clearer picture once baby has grown bigger or a transvaginal scan

23 weeks

Was told at 20 week scan that the baby was too small, we are now having growth scans and have been told my placenta isn't working properly and the baby is on the 3th percentile anyone had this experience?.

Red line on nose

My baby woke up from his first nap of the day with this red vertical line on his nose (and a little bit below it). He is 11 months old.

Any idea what this is? Should I be concerned?

He slept in his cot, which is empty, and I am not aware of him hitting his nose in his sleep.

TIA Xx

need advice

Im just wondering if there is any one out there that is past 37 weeks had a scan done and seen that there little one is engaged?
I had alot of movement yesterday/last night with my little one. Going to go to bed and the cramping started but they didn't last long and adventually I was able to go to bed.
I woke up the morning able to get out of bed straight away walk and didn't have a limp like I usually done with my sciatica and also was able to sit oj my bed and bend over to pick my phone up of the ground that was on charge with out my belly getting in the way.
I dont see my consultant until Monday so will be all the wiser then if baby is engaged I just hope he is and thats what the cramping was for

Reassurance

Just wondering if anyone else went through this. I’m genuinely anxious

So I’m 18 weeks pregnant, and I started spotting around 12pm today. I thought nothing of it because it can sometimes be normal. But I kept spotting till 8pm. I went to the er and they said that the baby is very low on my pelvis when he should be higher by now. The ultrasound showed the heartbeat (I wasn’t shown it) and they said that everything looks normal but they can’t do more testing because there was no one at the lab to test my blood samples or swab. They sent me home still bleeding (the spotting was pink earlier but now it’s gotten to a brighter red color) I have tender pelvis but no pain. Has anyone gone through something similar? Being sent home with no explanation and still bleeding to me is wild.

Growth scan - concerned 36weeks

My baby has gone from 4lb 2oz to 6lb 15oz, I have been told I have to see a consultant within the next week about this. The tummy is measuring big at 94%.

Has anyone else had this? I’m slightly worried due to how big the tummy is.

Settle this😅

After previous polls it’s been narrowed down to Elsie vs Everly.
Appreciate everyone’s feedback. We were going to use the middle name Kate but decided on Rose to fit other daughter’s floral middle name. And what nicknames would you use for each name? All we could think of was El/ellie or Ev/Evy (short e sound)
