Trying for a 2nd

Those who’ve had or are having their 2nd babies, how did you know when you were definitely ready? My husband and I have been talking about it a lot and both feel ready to a point. Our only hesitation is our son who’s recently turned 1. Giving him enough time, our current routine and life as 3 works well and we know what we are all doing. Love for him to have a sibling and to do all the baby stages again but it feels so daunting. We’ve not exactly been careful lately so if it happens it happens. It feels so much harder deciding 2nd time than it ever did the 1st

I’m currently pregnant with baby #2 I’m 15 weeks. My son is 3 on the 17th June, we wasn’t actively trying for baby number 2 but wasn’t using anything to prevent. I’m not going to lie I’ve been feeling all sorts of emotion, I’ve been feeling so excited because my son is really looking forward to having a sibling but I can’t help also feeling guilty that my son isn’t going to get all my attention any more🤣 I think even if you’re ’trying’ your always never going to be ready because it’s a stage in you life where everything is going to change!! Xx

How did you know you were ready for number 1? Did you know you would be giving them enough time, or that you were ready for your life to go from all about you to all about this little miracle person, even if it meant you didnt have time for a wee on your own? 😂
I think what Im trying to say is you will never know unless you try. If you're considering it and wondering what life would be like if it happened that would be enough confirmation for me that its something I want. If I didnt want it I wouldn't even think about it/consider it.

For us it’s an issue of time, as in we’re both older and who knows how long I’ll be able to get pregnant, might be too late already.
I had a c-section and the recommended waiting time is 18-24 months so your body has time to heal. 18 months is in a few days, so we’ll start trying this month.

I’m confused?!

I am pretty sure I conceived May 26. I tested May 29 just because I had a HUGE feeling and it was my birthday. I got this (first pic) after a few minutes. Then the next day I got the next picture. The 31st I took a digital I got negative. Does it mean it’s just too early for the digital to register or?

Hopeless

Hey beautiful mamas, I’m reaching out on this app because I’m desperate to get pregnant by my fiance. I love him to pieces. We’ve been trying since March and no baby. I’ve taken Geritol, prenatals, fertility gummies, folic acid, d-chiro, all that you could think of for a baby. I also have PCOS but I have had other children. My fiance doesn’t have any children and I would like to give him a baby. I don’t know if it’s because he’s a consistent black and mild smoker but I’ve seen people get pregnant smoking so idk if it’s me or could it be because of his sperm count but I’ve bought him male fertility gummies and things that could increase his sperm count and sperm mobility. I’m just hopeless and so sad.

Should I be worried about secondary infertility?

Just posting this here to see if anyone else is in the same boat or can offer any advice. My partner and I plan on starting TTC baby number 2 in the next few months. My cycles have been more irregular since having my first, they now range from 27-37 days. I’ve also been taking ovulation tests and they are always coming back negative despite having physical symptoms of ovulation. I’m really starting to get in my head about it and worrying I’m not ovulating or there’s something wrong etc. Can anyone offer any advice?
