4 month sleep regression

Anyone else in my boat, my girlie was such a good deep sleeper but since hitting 4 months and now rolling onto her sides she’s constantly fidgeting and rolling and waking herself up, it’s driving me up the wall 🙃

It’s a phase, it’s a phase, it’s a phase 😭😭😂

9 month old sleep habit

Hi everyone, I wondered if anyone could help my almost 9 month old has suddenly decided she doesn’t want to sleep in her cot only on me all night. My back is killing me as a result and I don’t know how to get her out of this habit and back into her cot which she used to be fine with. Everytime I put her down she wakes up☹️

Feeling guilty

Anyone else who has a toddler and a newborn feeling really guilty about bringing the new baby in? My little boy is 2 and a half and we’ve been home for almost a week with the new baby, it’s been multiple daily meltdowns, screaming, crying, not wanting to do anything we ask and everything is a battle with him. I’m feeling overwhelming guilt and keep thinking we’ve made a huge mistake and I can’t stop crying about it. Please can someone who’s been through this tell me it gets better 🙏🏼
