Yep, my husband is also not allowed to hold my hand anymore or cuddle me on the sofa because I belong to our son 🤣🤣 he’s my little Velcro boy at the minute - we also have a 11 week old baby girl, so it’s definitely interesting at the minute 🤣🤣

Mine turned 18months today and I tell you, he is like a part of my clothing. He follows me everywhere and recently, he is always reaching out for me to carry him even in the kitchen. If I refuse,it’s screaming time😂😂
Used to drive me nuts but my body has adjusted to it now

Did your 2nd baby come sooner than 1st?

37 weeks with 2nd baby and everyone has been saying the 2nd comes earlier & faster so I’ve been a little nervous thinking he can come any day now, every Braxton hick I think is going to turn into labor but no other signs yet! My first came at 38wks & was 11 hour labor. How was your 2nd baby compared to first?

Coworkers

I literally KNEW this was going to happen which is why I waited so long to tell my coworkers. Overheard someone saying “the second the baby comes out it’s hell. Whatever you do to prepare it’s not enough” all the unhelpful comments are annoying me so bad. We still have the rest of our third trimester to be working and being all big. The comments paired with me being more sensitive than usual is a bad combo. Any advice 😭

How effaced and dilated were you at 38/39 weeks? What week did your first baby come?

Specifically for your first child? I was told today I am 80% effaced and half a cm dilated. Wondering how normal those numbers are? And how soon labor could be?

2nd planned section advice.

My first baby I had a planned section and it was very positive. I have another planned section for this baby. And my anxiety is horrendous, and has been, I have such a fear it will be the complete opposite experience. I’m worried my baby comes too early. And I’m just worried my waters break.

I have been told as I’ve never actively went into labour there’s a high chance it won’t happen and I won’t go early. I’ve also been told I would be treated as an emergency section if I do go early. But I have the fear it’s too late and have to give birth naturally which is my biggest fear.

My mind is playing games with me.

Has anyone had a section before and did go early? And could share with me their experiences?
