Surgical or Medical Management?

I have just been diagnosed with my second missed miscarriage and doctor is recommending a second D&C (as my cervix is closed and it will likely be very painful to take the pills). Has anyone had multiple D&Cs? I’m paranoid about the scarring risk even though I know they use suction method.

Hi! Very late reply so I hope you feel good in whatever way you decided. I don’t think there is a right answer. I just had my second d&c. For my first missed miscarriage I took the pills and they were incredibly painful and I ended up with retained product and needed a dnc afterwards. For the second one I told my doctor I was worried about scarring but she recommended the dnc in order to avoid the same trauma as the first round of the pills. Again, I don’t think there is a right answer, but wanted to share my experience. I’m sorry you are going through this and hope you get your baby soon!

Does anyone here have any vbac stories after a c section at 10 cm dilated & pushing?

My first child was an emergency c after 4 hours of pushing at full dilation. He was large and in occiput posterior position, so that’s why he was so stuck. But I really want to do a vbac over a C-section for my second child! Because I was 10cm dilated and fully labored and pushed, does this mean that my baby may come pretty quickly? Hopefully I have a 7-8 pound baby this time, that would probably help too 😂

Growth Scans 29 weeks

I’ve recently been to see my midwife for a growth check on bump and they’ve marked it as a Red Cross, I am only 29 weeks with my first but they are saying he is 0.1mm too small 🥴 and breech so I’m now having an emergency scan on Monday has anyone else experienced this? Should I be concerned or planning a planned c section…

I am getting baby fever.

As mentioned in the title, I am getting baby fever. I want to have another baby but I had my girl on August 2025. My husband is saying he will do what I want to but, some people are telling me to wait but I don’t know if I want to wait. What do you guys think?

Having twin girls in a few days 😬 and we still don’t have names!

We’re looking for names that are easy to pronounce internationally, work well in Australia and other Western countries, and are also familiar or easy to say anywhere.

Do I need to worry?

I’m a very anxious Mum so please be gentle! I had my 2nd baby on Wednesday (3 days ago) with a very small 2nd degree tear & some stitches (I think it was basically a 1st). I’ve been told to rest lots the first week so I’ve just been resting in bed mostly these few days.

There’s not much blood on my liner when I stand up, but when I sit down on the toilet a big blob plops out. I called my midwife & she advised that it’s probably just where it’s pooling when I’m sat down & not a clot, but I can’t stop worrying!

Has anyone else experienced this?🙏🏼🥺
