Sleep change

My baby has just turned 3months. Her sleep has changed. She’s so active but asleep.

Her head thrashes side to side.
Legs up and down.
Squirming.
Spitting dummy out but then wants it so cries.
all this whilst still asleep!

She suffers reflux. Is this early 4month sleep regression?

Anyone anxious birthing a whole human infront of their husband?

I don’t want him to see ANYTHING! What if I poop and he sees it? Or just the pure trauma from all the blood and obviously what your coochie looks like during birth.

Witching hours

My newborn is 3 weeks old on Monday. She’s very sleepy, sleeps most of the day I’m waking her every 3 hours to feed. She’s now 9lb 7oz so midwife has said we can leave her to wake herself now. But the last few nights she’s been awake from around 6pm to 9pm where nothing settles her ?
Can I assume these are the witching hours? Tonight has been the worst and even an extra feed didn’t help !

Is anyone used or using a rapid cool.

How easy is it to clean/sterilise after using with fomular?
Also if out all day my understanding is only makes 1 bottle, so what do you do after using it once when out n about?
I never had one with my 1st.

Going to be using a microwave steriliser.
Thanks x

teething

FTM how are we coping with this ?! on a night my 10 MO will be so exhausted ready to go down but his teeth will be hurting so it takes an EXTRA 2 HOURS to get him to bed , the only thing ik that helps is giving him calpol before bed but surely i cant do that every night idk ?

What time do you mamas go to bed after putting your baby down?

Everyday I tell myself that I'm going to get into bed early - it hasn't happened since I had my baby.

My baby is 6 months now and he goes down between 7.3 - 8.3. By the time I come out the room usually 9ish.

I don't know where the time is but I'm getting really tired! I don't get into bed till 12/1am and then he's up for a feed.

I feel like I'm doing the cleaning, doing his bottles, getting things prepped so it's not even time for myself unless I have a shower. My husband is a workaholic so I am doing majority of it. There's no help.
I have to ask him to do things then it takes too long anyhow and I get it done
