Hi There! I am 10w3d pregnant. I’m feeling all of the emotions - excited, happy, nervous, anxious, thankful! What I don’t feel like is talked about enough is the pregnancy anxiety. I feel so fortunate that my physical symptoms have been manageable, but my mental symptoms have been kicking my butt. I’m so anxious about something going wrong! Any one have any tips and tricks that have helped?? 💘
