If you had a very easy first baby, was your second baby more difficult temperament wise?

Any examples would be great. My first was a dream and I’m so worried I’m in for it with the second!

I had the reverse. My oldest daughter was a wild child and an extremely fussy baby. But my second was a dream. He slept well, ate well, and had a clam personally. But then they turned 4/6 and it flipped again. Now she is quiet and doesn't fight and he is a picky eater, constantly putting off bed time and always making some sort of noise. And I wouldn't trade it for anything. Kids dont follow a pattern, or instructions for that matter lol. But I heard something that has always stuck with me. "You are not a perfect mom, but your the perfect mom for your children "

Yes definitely! Luckily my 3rd was just as easy if not easier than my first

I'd say both my babies are overall easy. They are different in ways so in some ways my first was easier than my second and vice versa

We'll find out in October 🫣 Our first was and still is an extremely mellow child so we're a little scared about what this next one will be like.

Just signed up today as found out last week I am having another lil one due on 9th Feb if the calculations are right. I found it confusing at first that the test reads 1-2weeks but yet my app from first day or last period reads im 4 weeks and 6 days as of today 😅
No symptoms so far, unless you ask the other half about my mood swings 🤣 but I think that’s just him 🤫🤣

So, I think I might be pregnant. My tests are darker today… but why is my Wondfo positive, but my first response has only the faintest of faintest lines? With my March baby when my Wondfo looked like this, my first response was also faintly positive but darker than that. I’ve never been so confused in my life. I’m 10dpo. My period is due today. I have a short luteal phase. My Wondfos has looked like this since yesterday and I started getting more noticeable faint lines on frer. I know I won’t get a positive digital at this point. I think I’m going to buy some pregmates and see what they have to say at Target. Has this happened to anyone? I know every pregnancy is different, but first response has always been one of the first to show for me, and this time it’s just not. Photos in comments. Please help. This is driving me koo koo.

I am in the UK and have recently been watching some documentaries about travellers who say that they face a lot of hatred and abuse simply because of being travellers.
Can we really tar an entire community over a small selection of bad eggs or experiences?

2nd Baby

Can I have honest experiences on how people found tranitioning from 1 to 2 children.

Why is it that when some people hear that a parent is 1 and done, they instantly say "poor kid, going to grow up so lonely"

Then the pitch that you, a complete stranger, can change our minds by telling us how deeply alone they will be, how selfish it is, or how neglectful or abusive we are.

Not all siblings get along. Chosen families are a wonderful thing. Really? In this economy? And being a child who was planned for when not deeply wanted just to be a human play thing for the kid you already have sounds cruel. My Sister's Keeper vibes.

Officially gotten this lecture once too many and ready to scream. I cant even get the emissions in my car tested without a strange man calling me a selfish and mean mother for not reproducing enough for his liking.
