I named my boy Cedric Michael

That was me. I would look up names daily and hated everything. Even after thinking we had decided on a name I would go back and forth.
I saw someone online Instagram that tries the names while online ordering or when getting food. Anytime they need your name she’ll use a possible baby name just to hear it out loud from other people. Maybe try that

Best advice I got was to go outside and yell the names you liked. Make sure to yell the full name. Or say them really fast. You dont want to be tripping over words when saying your kids full name or trying to get their attention. You'll be saying it a lot lol

There's a few ideas.

Names are hard sometimes. Your kid will have them their whole life and studies show certain names are picked more on job applications. Its a lot if you think to hard about it

We didn't decide on a name till 3 days before birth! And that was only when they told me the induction date 😅

We picked one name we wanted to use to honor a family member, and the other we just liked the sound of it lol

Faint line yesterday. I normally don't get anything until 12dpo at least. Clearblue digital was negative but I had it from my last pregnancy and thought just try it! Waiting on FRER arriving soon. Taken in timeframe, FMU.

Nickname for a girl

I’m pregnant with a little girl and have decided on Aurora for her name
I’d like a nickname for her and have seen the most common nickname for Aurora is Rory

However, our surname starts with Ri (same sound as in River)… so I’m thinking that Rory River might be some sort of tongue twist or sound weird

Am I overthinking it? Are there any other nicknames that don’t end in “ry”?

I’m having a boy in November and struggling for names!

We like Reuben, Oscar and Rudy. Rudy is a bit rogue though, so a compromise is Reuben with the nickname to be possibly Rudy?
