Can someone educate me please

If you call them and ask them for an extension they will grant it. One thing I learned is that if you’ll be late on something, call them. But no, they won’t shut it off. They’ll give you x amount of time before they consider it an overdue & they’ll notify you of that first before they take further action. Either way you’ll be notified the entire time on what will happen. 2 days late is nothing! They won’t do anything. It’ll just be an “overdue bill”
