can my little one (5 month) have chicken curry if i blend it up into a pure? maybe add formula if it's really thick? or shall i just stick with the baby food packets like ella's kitchen?

Just so you know in case you didnt the recommendation for weaning is starting at 6 months. Mostly because babies tummies before that are not ready so their only food until then is milk. Also the risk of asfixia.
That said, as you started earlier, curry is a complex meal that has a lot of ingredients and spices that might be a bit much for them.
Maybe stick to simple plain meals for now.
I worked with families from different cultures. I have worked with asian families and even with weaning at 6 months they offered curry to their kids a bit later down the line, not a meal they introduced at the beginning, but obvs each weaning journey is different.
