I’ve never experienced the 4 month sleep regression, my baby has continued to sleep through the night just a little more fussy and waking at 1am when she wouldn’t usually, but that’s it.
However, I have noticed she is very difficult to get down in the evening at the moment. I spent two hours yesterday evening sitting with her and in the end just had to pick her up to co-sleep. She could also be fast asleep on me and as soon as she gets put down she’s wide awake and smiling. I just wondered if anyone else is experiencing the same? I have tried getting her in a deep sleep first but that makes no difference and actually seems worse as I think for her it feels like she’s had a nap and she’s ready for another two hour wake window 😂

I've experienced very similar she still sleeps through but getting her off to sleep including nights she has been a lot harder/wanting to be held/waking when put down but im wondering if that is part of the regression? Naps are definitely a lot shorter tooks takes me as long to get her off as she stays asleep! I'm sure it will be over soon sorry no helpful advice but ive seen a few people with jan 26 babies experiencing this so you are not alone! X
