9 month old routine

I know my baby is only 9 months but with returning to work and having 4 year old id love to try and implement some kind of routine. Bottles are all over the place 🫠
She has 3 5oz bottles in the day and bedtime bottle is 6oz and sometimes 2 bottles in the night. Meals we offer breakfast and dinner some days shell refuse food some days she eats well. Just would like an idea of bottles, naps meals times and amounts to give me something to go by!

I started sending my LB to nursery at 7 months. He’s 8.5 now and nursery routine seems to work well. Here is his routine

7am - up and first milk 7oz
830am - bfast - weetabix
9-10am - nap 1. He usually does around 40mins max.
1030am - snack - fruits and toast / crackers
1230pm - lunch - whatever we eat. We focus on protein / iron rich food and full fat
1-3pm - nap 2
430pm - snack / supper - yogurt and any fat rich food like butter / avocado / eggs
6pm - bath and bedtime routine
630-7pm - milk 7oz

He wakes up once around 2-3am for a feed. We were told at nursery he doesn’t normally take milk although offered. But on weekends when at home, he always takes it before meal time about 7oz.

Hope this helps and good luck with starting work soon! x

6am - wake
7am - bottle 8oz
8:30 - breakfast (usually just Weetabix with mashed banana)
9am - down for a nap. Usually does 1.5hrs
10:30am - wake from nap
11am - bottle 8oz
12/12:30pm - lunch
2pm - 2nd nap 1.5hrs
3:30pm Bottle 8oz
5/5:30 - dinner
7pm - 6oz bottle bedtime

I'm thinking of dropping to 3 bottles, just need to figure that bit out😅

My mum or partner will have him while I'm at work and they try to stick to the routine as much as possible.
This has only been our routine for the past week or so. Before that we were all over the place with 3 naps which were short and waking at 5am with bedtime being very late. Hopefully you fall into your routine soon!x
