Please help! I have only had a few hours of broken sleep a night for like 5 nights now. I messaged the doctor and told her it’s because I’m always uncomfortable and fighting with restless leg syndrome. I am 27 weeks. The response was “it’s probably anxiety.” It’s definitely not.
What I have been doing to try and help this: 200mg of magnesium and a unisom at night. Calf and leg stretches and a cooling gel before bed. Compression socks when my outfits allow for it. Constantly position changes. Sometimes sitting on the tub and running warm water over my calves for 5 minutes each. And a couple times just because I’ve been so desperate a couple Tylenol.
I’ve had insomnia in the past but had to get off my medications when I got pregnant so sleep has been a challenge since the beginning but it’s gotten so much worse! Please help! I will discuss with my doctor again on Tuesday but until then please any ideas? I’m so tired all the time!

unisom, tylenol pm, epsom salt bath and then straight to bed. Also try using a pair of tights to tie around your calf. Honestly do what you need to do
