I’ve had two unmedicated hospital births, both babies were in the perfect position, I was already dilated a few weeks before babies were born, and both were born early and were over 8 lbs. c section has never been on the table. I’ve never had any surgeries, never been under or had anything done to me. I’m terrified of needles. Can not stand the idea of them putting a needle through my back. (Yes I know the needle doesn’t stay in it. I know it’s a catheter that says) However baby is breach, and my dr brought up a c section yesterday, and I’m now absolutely spiraling. I have big babies so pushing feet first is out of the question. My dr is talking about turning the baby at 38 weeks. (If I make it that far both my babies were born at 37) I’m just absolutely terrified. The idea of being cut open with all my insides on the outside makes me want to vomit. I’m trying everything to get this baby to flip.

Flip A Breech - How to Turn a Breech Baby - Spinning Babies https://share.google/9Bs6SM3jbazg3HfZc

You still have time, don't get discouraged yet baby could absolutely still flip. My son was head down at 36 weeks only to flip back up, then flip down again at 37. Once baby is down incorporating the miles circuit can help them stay down

The best way to flip a baby is the bend over the couch, tub, or bed position for 10 mins a day until the baby flips. You're basically bent over in a 90 degree angle head first with your back facing forward instead of up in the air. Your knees are bent and it should look like you're bowing except your face isn't touching the floor. Just your hands lifting you up or arms with your head down facing your pelvis/thighs.
