Guilty about being tired

Im so used to cleaning everyday and being the one that gets things done in a house with 2 boys. But at 33 weeks im so tired all the time and ive been feeling guilty about resting instead. Ive got this list of things i know I should do but im having a hard time finding the energy to do it and feeling guilty when things go undone. Does anyone else feel this way? Is it normal to feel this tired?

Yes. Being tired is part of it.
Have some water. Grab a snack, put your feet up, and take a break.

Also, dude, you’re pregnant? Relax. You’re doing a lot already.

Felt same way when I was pregnant. I was always asking myself how I’m going to take care of a new baby when I’m so tired and weak. Pregnancy tired is a thing! Trust me, you will recover and feel better soon 💐

The guilt is normal and so is the tiredness. Try finding solace in knowing that giving your body rest is the right choice for you and your baby. That this is only temporary because you’re almost at the end of this wonderful yet difficult journey. You don’t have to fully abandon your list of things to do but understand what in your head may take a few hours could actually be a few days and that’s okay. I wish you all the best and pray for a smooth delivery and for both of you to be healthy and happy!

Embarrassed as hell (also feel free to have a laugh): have you ever hurt yourself by sneezing during peeing? 😭🤦🏼‍♀️

I was going to post incognito, but decided to give some people a laugh. Storytime:

I'm 27 weeks pregnant so I was on my 10th pee of the night, when in the middle of peeing I sneezed and got an extreme sharp pain in my nether region. Now every single time I go wee it hurts (yes will talk to the GP if it doesn't go). Has this ever happened to anyone else? 🫣 Also dont think anyone's husband expects to be woken up by their pregnant wife holding her bits saying "I think I tore my piss hole sneezing" 😭🤣

Baby Moon

Hi all, we're thinking about having a mini baby moon for a couple of nights. Just something special for the 2 of us before baby arrives. Looking to stay fairly local as I will be 36 weeks at that point. What are your thoughts? Its my first baby. Am I risking it being too close to due date?

Baby hip scan ?

Has anyone not being told their baby needs this then just randomly received a letter with an appointment ?
The HV asked me last week if they was waiting on hip scans because they can’t measure them if they’re having scans but as far as I knew they wasn’t.. today I’ve received a letter for both boys to have hip scans in a couple weeks 🤦🏼‍♀️ wtf is that all about 😅 no communication anywhere I swear!

I haven’t Felt My Baby Move Yet

So I’m at 19 weeks now and everyone keeps asking me if I’ve felt the baby move. I haven’t should I be worried, is there something wrong with me. Are there different signs than these Butterflies everyone talks about?
