Just a mum in the trenches

Essentially what it says on the tin…

My 3 year old just seems to hate everything and everyone at the minute unless you’re her grandparent 🙃 combine that with her still waking 2-3 times a night, using every excuse to hit or scream when someone says something she doesn’t like (at home, at nursery she is an angel apparently!) and flat out refusing to even entertain potty training, I genuinely am at my wits end.

Me and her dad are on two different planets, and when she sees him she’s a lot more physical (hitting/ slapping) which I then get the stick for because it has to be my fault.

I’m genuinely at a loss. I am trying my absolute best every single day but it’s getting to the point now where I’m dreading going home because I feel like I’m living with a ticking time bomb.

Can someone just tell me I’m not alone and it’ll pass? Nursery look at me like I’m talking about a different child when I try and talk to them and I genuinely just feel so isolated.
