Hi moms,
I’m considering offering a Mom & Baby/Toddler outdoor fitness class in Gatineau this summer.
The idea would be a 45-minute workout in the park where babies and toddlers are welcome, followed by a few minutes to connect with other moms.
This is a PWYC basis. My goal is to encourage moms to be active, enjoy the outdoors, and connect 🥰🙌
Al levels are welcome. This is to encourage movement and have FUN!
Would this interest anyone?
If yes, what days and times would work best? I’m thinking Saturday/Sunday mornings and maybe 1-2 evenings during the week.
