Hi, is anyone currently taking any electrolyte/hydration sachets or tablets that are mixed with water? I feel I'm not getting enough hydration and I'm completely exhausted and getting leg cramps and I still got 6 weeks left at work before mat leave.
Can anyone recommend any good ones that have helped?

Hi, if you mix some lemon juice with mint and a pinch of salt that’ll do you really good and it tastes amazing!

Cucumbers are really good for electrolytes! Can add them to your water

Sorry guys. I can't stand all the above, lemon and mint are just 🤢 in general for me and I'm still being sick at 30 weeks so don't think I'll give either a try 😕
