Updated due date - new to February 2027 group!

Just had my first ultrasound! Thought I was about 8w2d based on my LMP but measuring 7w1d - my due date changed from Jan 26 to Feb 2. Doctor isn’t worried and said we likely caught it extremely early and that I probably ovulated late. She captured a normal heart rate and saw the yolk sack, fetal pole and the embryo along the bottom. Next ultrasound is at 11-12 weeks. Cant help but to be a little worried that I’m measuring “behind” but am grateful for getting this far and seeing baby with a heartbeat. Anyone else in a similar boat?

My due date was changed after nearly a year of regular and traceable periods. I originally worked out the date for 4th May but was given a DD of 18th May when I had my 12 week scan. Totally normal! I didn’t give birth till 26th 😂

Its quiet normal. Itd always a bit of a guess when you conceive as uour body can be a bit behind or ahead

With my first I predicted 12th April based from my own dates, the due date from the scan was 6th April, she was born on the 8th. I’m currently 20 weeks with my second and initially thought I was due 30th October but dating scan says 2nd November ☺️

C section and hospital stay in uk

Hello!
Looking for stories from mothers who had c sections before.
I have my C section booked (due to 2 health risks).
What will it be like? How many nights did you have to stay in the hospital? What was the whole experience like?
My husband and i are trying to figure out if he should take days off from work. But i believe there is no need if me and the baby will be there for observation? He thinks the baby will be with me in the room all the time and he would have to help me with the baby. Where as i think the baby will be kept in the nursery (but i do hope he would actually stay with me in the room) and the nurses would be around to help when needed, therefore there wouldn't be a need for him to be with me at the hospital continuously. He also thinks he would have to stay with me there overnight 🙈
1st time staying in a hospital in uk too 🙈. This is all very new for us.

Pregnant again 🫣

Our little one has just turned three months and we’ve just found out we’re pregnant again (maybe around 4 weeks but haven’t had my period return since giving birth so difficult to say)

We also have a 3 year old. We’re obviously in shock but leaning towards keeping the baby so I was wondering if anybody has experience of such a close age gap?

Early scan

I only found out I was pregnant last Wednesday but it turns out I could be between 8-12 weeks gone 😬
I get to go for an early scan today so I’m super excited but I will also be on my own so I’m a bit nervous encase there’s anything wrong. Either way, I’m wishing myself luck 🍀

6 week ultrasound

Anyone had a 6 week ultrasound with gestational sac measuring 6mm with no yolk sac visible?
Did you have good news 2 weeks later at the rescan or bad news?

Feeling ill

I’m 4 weeks post partum, had an emergency c section. Currently pumping and supplementing with formula but I just keep feeling underlying feeling of flu like symptoms, aching bones kind of thing. It never manifests into anything but I always just feel a bit unwell. I’m wondering if it’s the expressing that’s making me feel like this !? 🤔😫 Anyone else feel like this?
