Swaddle - baby rolling

My LO is almost 10weeks old and only sleeps in swaddles, this includes daytime naps. She very suddenly rolled over this morning so I know I need to stop swaddling but the startle reflex is so strong!

I have the swaddle to sleep sacks but can I do a few nights of one arm to get her used to it or will I need to go straight to both arms out due to her rolling over today?

I'd go straight to both arms out, my little one has been in a sleeping bag since he was 6 weeks and now he's 11 x

Both arms out - it’s dangerous to not be able to use both arms once they can roll x

My LOs startle reflex has reduced massively since having his arms out at night

Episiotomy

Ladies who have had an episiotomy, how long afterwards did we shave/trim?

TMI feel like I have a jungle going off down there and my stitches are starting to hurt a bit and I can’t exactly see the stitches/scar it’s self.
I’m only 2 weeks pp so appreciate it will still be a little uncomfortable.

Leftover medication

When I was pregnant I had gestational diabetes. I was only able to get a box of 5 insulin pens at a time on prescription and therefore have 3 full and completely unused pens (no needles) left with a date for use in 2028. They’ve all been properly stored in the fridge.

Seems a shame to bin them yet impossible to pass them on to anyone and pharmacies etc won’t take them. Does anyone know if there is anything I can do with them or do they just have to go in the bin?

3h first nap

Anyone else’s 4 month old sleeping for 3 hours in their first nap? I don’t wanna wake her but online it says you should only let them have 2 hours per nap, she goes to bed at 9 every night with no problems and wakes up at 6:30 - 7 every morning, only had one issue last night with her having a small kick off and going bed at 9:30 and waking up at 5:30 this morning so ok starting to think it could be a problem, should I wake her? Thank youse

When did you come on your period postpartum?

How long did it take for you to get periods back?

With my first, I didn't have a period for 6 months and was breastfeeding. This time round I'm 8 weeks postpartum, breastfeeding and I've come on my period. 😕

Is anyone having sex yet?

I’m currently around 4.5weeks pp and considering it but I’m just nervous about whether my tear would’ve healed enough yet, it was only a second degree and my bleedings stopped so I’m not concerned about infection but i just don’t know x
