Last question! Did anyone get Whooping cough and RSV jab on the same day?

I had to make an appointment today for both my Whopping Cough and RSV jab as I am told I am "behind" in these. So I have an appointment Thursday to have both done at the same time, has anyone else done this? I had a whooping cough jab last pregnancy, but not RSV.

I didn’t have mine on the same day I don’t think but it must be fine if they’ve let you book it! How far along are you as I think you have them after a certain amount of weeks xx

I didn't have them on the same day but I had the rsv one this pregnancy and it was fine like I didn't even get a sore arm. Hopefully it's the same for you.

I haven’t had these 2 on the same day, but I did have the flu and whooping cough on the same day and I don’t recommend 🤣 both arms ached for 2 nights and it wasn’t comfortable to sleep.

I felt no symptoms after any of them but not being able to get comfy in bed was annoying

I've never gotten vaccinated for RSV. It also didn't exist when my daughter was born, so I only got whooping cough after I had her.

For the record I got the RSV and Whooping Cough Vacinne and somehow my son ended up with both... at the same time. When he was 5 months old. It wasnt that bad, but holy poop it sucked.

And no. I am not against vaccines, both my kids are fully vaccinated (except covid and hepatitis b)

Telling people ur pregnant

I don’t really know how to feel tbh I just told my mum that I’m pregnant and she said that Iv ruined her whole week and that’s she’s not happy for me and that she feels bad for my son ,I don’t see why she feels bad for my son he has everything he wants and more he’s the happiest toddler ever and I think he will love having a sibling so he’s always got someone to play with

Has anyone tried the diaper bags that turn into a makeshift bassinet?

I've been seeing these types of diaper bags that expand out to become a makeshift bassinet for the baby. Has anyone tried one? Is it worth it?

Jabs in this heat?

Baby is due her final set of jabs tomorrow morning, but I'm wondering whether to postpone them to next week because of the heat. I think they're less likely to have a fever with the final lot. Anyone else in this situation? It's a half hour walk to the GP as well as I don't drive 😭

Is anyone’s baby sleeping through the night yet?

My son is 2 months old. He’s still waking up 2-3 times a night to eat. At what point did your baby go down to one night feed or start sleeping through the night? I have to go back to work in a month and I’m worried. I’m not sleeping well between feeds and pumping.

Would you feel guilty?

I always took my daughters to get their haircut twice a year ever since they were 2 years old but now that they’re older (7 & 6yo) I thought let me try cutting it myself at home for them and also money is tight so it made sense. It didn’t turn out as best as I thought it would.. like I accidentally cut the older one’s hair way too short and she got a little upset. I did feel bad but I also feel like it’s just hair, it will grow back soon enough. Also it doesn’t look bad at all though, she just didn’t want it that short. Would you feel guilty or try to give yourself some grace?

Wide awake!

Here I am wide awake whilst my 2 week old is sound asleep… so frustrating! I am just laying here worried about the heat and also seems my husband has some kind of sickness bug 😓
