Same. It’s been a year for me. 💜 trying to get back into working out and lowering my sodium. No luck.

My entire family has high blood pressure and they all developed it early in life… all minus myself. In fact, I’m the complete opposite with low blood pressure despite being in my third trimester and overdue. My doctor believes it has to do with my diet. I have always avoided soda, coffee and alcohol my entire life. I also rarely eat meat if at all (probably on average 3-5 times per month). I also drink more than a gallon of water per day and I enjoy staying active. Working out and healthy eating can definitely help for sure. I should be like everyone else in my family but I’ve been able to avoid a lot of the generational health issues since I decided in my early 20s that I didn’t want to end up like them. See if working out, drinking more water and following a healthy and balanced diet helps. It definitely should and assist you to avoid more medications.
