Same. It’s been a year for me. 💜 trying to get back into working out and lowering my sodium. No luck.

My entire family has high blood pressure and they all developed it early in life… all minus myself. In fact, I’m the complete opposite with low blood pressure despite being in my third trimester and overdue. My doctor believes it has to do with my diet. I have always avoided soda, coffee and alcohol my entire life. I also rarely eat meat if at all (probably on average 3-5 times per month). I also drink more than a gallon of water per day and I enjoy staying active. Working out and healthy eating can definitely help for sure. I should be like everyone else in my family but I’ve been able to avoid a lot of the generational health issues since I decided in my early 20s that I didn’t want to end up like them. See if working out, drinking more water and following a healthy and balanced diet helps. It definitely should and assist you to avoid more medications.

Overthinking ?!!

My belly feels so strange today! I’m 33 weeks and it feels so hard and heavy. I also haven’t felt baby move much today but he’s normally more active on the night !
I’m not sure whether it’s due to being so hot I haven’t noticed him or whether I should wait and see if he’s active in a few hours?
Has anyone had this ?

Hunger spike

Am I only one who noticed that they had a random spike in hunger at the end of the second trimester just going into the third or is it just me? Because I am eating more than I did in my first or second trimester combined

Pregnancy anxiety

Hello, I know that this is the best place to post because more than likely everyone has gone through this. I am 22 weeks pregnant and I am so anxious. I know there is a small chance but I constantly have in the back of mind that there is a chance of loss until 24 weeks or if not that, that the baby can live outside the womb from 24 weeks. I want her to stay in there until the end (as we all do) and I am sure everything is going to be fine but how do I silence these worries? It’s just constantly in my mind.

BF mums

Hello BF mums, how long do you plan on BF for? I don’t feel ready to stop and I love the bond it creates between me and my son. However, WHY are people so judgmental about something so natural? Trying to make me feel as I’m not doing me or my child a favour….

Even a doctor made a comment!
