how do single mothers find the time and energy to workout ??
my husband is in the military (california) so it’s just me and my 2month old at home 24/7 (texas). i want to workout every day but find it hard since im overwhelmed as i’m parenting alone and no one can look after my baby:(
any tips and tricks would be appreciated♥️

First congratulations on your little one and doing it solo!! It’s such a hard time and you should go easy on yourself too! As for working out lots of walks with the pram helped me or maybe a specific baby wearing class-can be found on YouTube if you’re struggling with baby settling off you. Can strap them on and go :) otherwise if baby is happy to nap in a Moses basket or something then get it in early :) even 10 mins will help! But ultimately you’re newly postpartum and rest is very important too :) xxx
