So I'm due the end of July and I am so excited to meet my baby girl and just become a mother however the closer I am getting to my due date is the closer I am getting scared about labour and birth I know there is pain relief and stuff but I am just not sure if I can handle the whole process. Does anyone else have the same feelings or just went through their delivery ?

Have you looked at hynobirthing? Breathing techniques, also tens machine, birthing comb, water like a shower, birthing partner applying pressure on the hips etc. I’m not due till November but feel free to message me if you want to talk about it ☺️

I’m feeling the same and I’m due in just over 2 weeks x

Just remind yourself we're made to do this! And many of us, including myself do it again so you got this! But I'd recommend a TENS machine, deep breathing techniques and definitely your birth partner squeezing your hips together when you have a contraction. That really helped me xx

It’s completely normal to feel nervous or anxious. You’ve grown a whole human in your body and now it’s time for them to make their debut. I reduced mine a bit by having a bag. An additional snack bag and baby’s things too. I also created a soothing playlist to play during labour. Turned out once labour really started she was with me in a couple of hours. So I didn’t need it. If you have a favourite smell. Bring something with it on. Or breathing techniques. I know you’ll be amazing. Wishing you nothing but positive vibes for your baby’s debut. And any other expectant mamas reading this 🫶🏽💛
