Hi all,
I am suffering with morning (all day) sickness to the point where I can only stomach plain yogurt, rice and sometimes eggs so am lacking lots of nutrition. I am hungry but the nausea prevents me from eating enough. Any tips?? Have tried ginger sweets and they work sometimes but not always.
Any advice would be amazing!

Medicine wise I took Emetrol for my nausea (its safe for pregnancy but I'd still be sure to run it by your doctor) food wise peanut butter and jelly sandwiches because they was the only thing I could stomach and weird quirk that worked for me... alcohol wipes or motioneze roll on oil (which if you can find it less than $6 at Walmart and if not then try Amazon) hope any of these helps! ❤️

Something fizzy (but sugar free) helps for me and plain crackers, always making sure I eat something in the morning has helped too and doing something to distract my mind, I've found the more I think about it the worse I feel 🤣
