I’m absolutely terrified to become a mom of 2 under 2 my baby will only be roughly 14 months when my next baby is here. How can I make the transition easier for my girl? I will also be having a repeat c section due to already having a uterine window and only 24 weeks. Any mamas who share similar experiences what should I expect and dos and don’t. I want all the good and bad!!

For me 2under2 was fine, 19month age gap. It got HARD when baby started moving 😂 the first few months they just sleep and eat, so you can still hang out with your toddler as you do now. When the little one starts to be a little person with their own agenda is when your attention starts to split more and it’s a more challenging. That being said, small age gap meant my eldest never had any jealousy really, he just adjusted really well to baby sister.
You’ll be ok, take it ad it comes and give everyone and yourself some grace ☺️

In my opinion 2u2 is easy, I'm about to have 5 under 7. My older 2 are 9 months apart, my second an 3rd are 19months apart my 3rd an 4th are 19 months apart and my 4th and 5th will be 24 months apart

Include your girl in as much as you can. Changing diapers - let her prepare a diaper for you. Breastfeeding - hold a baby hand or stroke the head. Let them play together. My boy kept bringing toys to his baby brother, talking to him and hugging him (hugs can look a bit scary, but try to interfere only when necessary). Even before due date talk to your daughter how can you together take care of the baby. Talk to her that you are going to be in hospital and that at the beginning you may not have as much energy as before but you are always there for her as well. I hope it helps you 💖 🦄
