When did you first see a bump?

This is more so for us girls with a bit of a belly already😅 I’m a UK size 14-16 and just over 8 weeks pregnant. I’m not expecting to see a bump soon but I’m curious when Mums started to see a bump at all?

I've had a bump by 10 weeks 🤦🏽‍♀️ hiding pregnancy was definitely difficult

I only actually started to look more pregnant rather than just like I gained more weight around 20 weeks, by 23 weeks I definitely had a reasonable baby bump

Pregnancy movements 🤍

So I don't know if people will understand what im saying in this 😅 but i was having a conversation about babys kicking the other day and its just got me wondering, so I have been pregnant 3 times. And i very rarely feel what I'll call internal movements, so like where baby will be rolling or kicking etc that doesn't actually make your belly move or I guess hit the sides as to make kicks like i would feel if this even makes sense. Like what I'll call external movements, and so I'm just wondering like whats most common? I cant even really name a time where I've noticed internal movements, but from my understanding now other women do feel that?? So whats everyone elses experience would you say you feel internal movements just as much as external or whats your case?
❤️❤️❤️

NHS is a f* joke, please help

Can someone please recommend a good private gynaecologist in London and not very expensive??😩

I feel some pain inside and sometimes cramps but not like period ones it’s different and some redness

This is what happened to me: I had an episiotomy, the wound opened and I had an infection, my midwife prescribed antibiotics and pain killers after 4 weeks the wound closed but the pain was still there. She said I need to talk to my gp. At my 6 weeks appointment I had some redness on one side(idk how to explain it) my Gp said it’s ok to still feel some pain because I just gave birth and had an episiotomy, I’m still recovering. About the redness spot she took a swab, and if it would be bad they will contact me. I was asking to go to a gynaecologist but she said there is no reason for that but I feel like something is wrong🥲
In a week I decided to check the results and it was ABNORMAL, I contacted them (with redness on both sides now) they prescribed antibiotics and another gp appointment, that was yesterday.
Same person looked again and took a swab of my discharge, to my question if I can get a referral to a gynaecologist because I feel like something is wrong she said to use some cream and that this is nothing to worry about. I asked if I still need to take the antibiotics she said she thought I finished them ( they were prescribed on Tuesday for 5 days, starting on Wednesday morning, my appointment was on Thursday🤦🏻‍♀️)

Growth scan was wrong...

Hi, I am currently 32w4d and at 30w4d i had a growth scan that estimated baby was on the chunkier side and was estimated to weigh 3lb 13oz and on the 90th percentile. The growth scan was ordered as I was measuring 1cm over on the fundal measurements. After the first growth scan I was told I would now need frequent scans and a GTT. That was all fine no problem. Fast forward to earlier this week I had a fundal measurement and im now measuring bang on 32w, consultant said im measuring on my dates now due to his positioning. Anyway, today i had my growth scan and baby is basically measuring as no growth in two weeks but when plotted on the graph his growth is in the trajectory of all my other scans. Essentially if I hadnt had that first growth scan there would be no concerns. Doctor saw the report and is using "common sense" and says its highly likely that the previous measurements were incorrect as now baby actually looks like his head is "shrinking" which obviously isnt possible. Doctor is happy that my recent scan is accurate but still wants me to have CTG tomorrow morning to double check baby boy's wellbeing and have it documented. I know errors can happen and obviously positions can change things but the measuring must be way out if it makes him look like his "shrinking" has anyone experienced this before?

Midwife appointment’s

Bit of a strange question! I am about 27 weeks now and starting to see my midwife more. I just feel confused if I should be starting to ask more questions. I have been lucky in that I generally feel ok and don’t have much to complain about but I’m not sure if I am missing opportunities to talk to my midwife about things but I don’t know what to ask! Does anyone else have this ? Or what are people chatting about in their appointment?

Is this normal?

So I am currently 38 weeks and I am experiencing really bad diarrhoea and nausea for past day or two is anyone else in the same situation? Not sure if this is a sign of my body preparing. Has anyone been through something similar?

Back Pain in Third Trimester Advice Needed

Hey gals! I’m no longer pregnant and I’ve never experienced back pain while pregnant but a good friend of mine is pregnant (currently 33 weeks) and she has terrible back pain. I feel helpless because I’m not sure what advice to give her to help. I suggested a heating pad for when she’s at home. She already has a belly band, takes Tylenol, does stretches and takes baths to alleviate the pain. Does anyone have anything that worked for them that I can suggest to her? Thank you all for the help!!
