Pregnancy Pillow (UK based)
Hi, so I am 13+5 and I think over the next couple of weeks I need to get a pregnancy pillow. I have a lot of joint pain due to being hypermobile and haven't slept well at all since week 2 (major tiredness, but unable to fall asleep!). Just looking for some recommendations of full length body support pillows for bed (and sofa) and where people got them?

I’m 13+6 and already using a pregnancy pillow as I’ve been getting round ligament pain. I also have scoliosis and am hypermobile 🥲
I had a large long pillow I used to sleep with years ago but it did not support my belly and was not comfortable for me, so I’ve got a W shaped pillow which makes side sleeping comfortable, supports my back and tummy and honestly I’ve been sleeping better. I also use a pillow between my knees to keep the pressure off my spine.
If the big long pillows work for you that’s great, but I’ve found the smaller W shaped one much much better personally. They’re adjustable so can be widened as your bump grows 💪🏼
Im also hypermobile and used a knee support pillow until I was in my 3rd trimester then I bought a pregnancy pillow from amazon
Thank you so much ladies!! I too have a sizeable bump 😂 and its so difficult to get comfy, especially with my hypermobilty and hip pain!
