I'm already noticed with my 3month old that the shorts in the girls section are much shorter than the boys.

Is that not weird? Not diaper covers. Actual shorts.

No idea if there’s a Walmart near you, and I have many reasons I dislike Walmart, but when my daughter was a baby that’s where I would buy her shorts and they were long/good coverage. Not sure if they would still have those options but worth a shot.

She wears from the boys section and from her brothers old stuff too but it's just weird you should be able to get shorts of the same length in either section.

omg yes i’ve noticed this. even tho i have a boy i don’t only shop in the boys section cuz the girls clothes are often cuter but the shorts are soooo short! if i had a girl i’d be putting her in boy shorts too.

A lot of my friends with daughters stopped buying girls shorts/pants and went to boys instead especially when they were younger. The way they are cut for literally babies is disgusting.

Yes its real. I have a 2.5yo and even some baby clothes were super revealing...I mean like 6 month old clothes. Craziness. We live in a very hot climate so I let them wear those clothes at home but in public I make sure theyre in normal length clothes.

England game

Just curious, would you be happy for your partner to go out to watch the England v Mexico game tonight at 1am when you are 12 days post partum and still working out the nights together and exclusively breastfeeding? He’s leaving at 10.45 and probs won’t be back until 3ish I’m not sure maybe even longer. He normally does the first half of the night I don’t think I’m gonna get much sleep tonight as he will most likely end up falling asleep when he gets in rather than helping out.

When does it get easier!!!

Parents of older children, what age did you find life got easier? My toddler is 2 and 1/2, everything seems like a fight, getting dressed, brushing teeth, eating dinner, leaving anywhere like the park, tantrums are constant!! It’s honestly exhausting and getting me down. What age did people find everything just gets a bit easier???? I know there is an end in sight but just curious when 🙈
