Omg I really needed to see this! Currently 2 weeks post partum and in the thick of all the emotional deregulation with my 4 year old and challenging behaviours. Such a tough time! X

Week 5.5 and he's still struggling

We've had the opposite haha he adjusted really well, he was exactly the same as before! Now we are going into week 5 and he's becoming deregulated. Hes 3 and a half so it could just be his age rather than the baby. Trying to find time to spend one on one with him has helped a little so far. He also had just come out of a growth spurt so emotions are a bit all over the place anyway haha.

Currently 3 weeks post birth and my 3,5 year old baby girl is struggling a lot with her emotions ever since we came close to the due date, she is super sensitive, playing up crazy amounts and can be extremely stubborn, on the other hand she loves her new baby sister so much, so it’s very hard. Also doesn’t help that I have split care with my ex husband and she doesn’t want to leave from here which keeps breaking my heart every single time not to mention how much I miss her when she is not here, would have though it becomes little bit easier over time but it truly just seems to be harder and harder . Any positive spin from anyone welcomed
