should i be worried!

my boy is 10 months old, very active. crawls around tons and walks really fast when holding on. had his hv appointment today and he’s 12kg and 75cm in height. we did blood tests to make sure his weight wasn’t because of a health issue and he’s perfectly fine. he gained 60g in a month. he eats sometimes 3 meals a day and is breastfed. the hv is making it seem like something is wrong but she can’t say. he’s a happy and bloodwork healthy boy. he’s also hit every single of his milestones early or on time. am i a bad mum for not being worried?

12kg is a good weight is it not? My older daughter was 12kg at 18 months lol my 10 month old daughter is probably only 8-9 but nobody is worried, she’s also very active and hitting all her milestones, she eats well, she’s just on the small side!

I wouldn’t worry. My LB was always the opposite, he was like 2nd percentile for weight and around 12th for height. He’s just naturally petite, and it was always brought up until he went to his 2 year appointment and they said he’s still small but looks in proportion. Kids have different body types just like adults do.
My 10 month old is only 3.5kg lighter and 20cm smaller than my 3 year old 😂

Is anyone else feeling self-conscious about how their private area looks before giving birth? 🙈

I'm due very soon and I've been feeling quite embarrassed. I have some bumps/scars in my pubic area and heat rash around my groin and it's making me anxious about labour. I keep thinking that so many people will be looking down there and silently judging me. I'm even worried my husband might feel embarrassed too.

I know it probably sounds silly, but I can't stop thinking about it. Has anyone else felt like this? Did you have skin issues, scars, bumps, or anything else that made you self-conscious? How did you get through it, and did anyone actually make you feel judged?

I'd really appreciate some reassurance because I feel so alone with these thoughts. 🤍 ❤️

Early Gender Blood Test

Next week I’m having the SneakPeek gender test with Window to the Womb at 7 weeks pregnant. I’d love to hear from anyone who’s done it — was your result accurate?

Was weight gain more of an issue for each subsequent pregnancy?

If so, mind commenting below how it went and maybe even weight loss journey afterwards?

9 weeks and 15lbs so far. As of today my BMI is 25. I never gained weight in my first trimester with other pregnancies so I'm shook 😪
