False positive?

Girls I’m confused bit of background basically I have pcos and I had a baby girl in August last year my periods returned for November and December I put on a lot of weight 4 stone, so started mounjaro less than 6 months ago but still no period after a 2 and half stone loss, before pregnancy I’d lost a lot of weight and had regular periods for a year, anyway I like to test before injecting as a precaution period or not and I’ve had a positive digital, is this a false positive or too early to pick up on the normal test? Has anyone had a negative test then found out they are pregnant

I am usually 28 to 31 days cycle. Did a test today (day 29) and it was negative. Don't know whether i ovulated late this month. Have no symptoms of pregnancy but equally no cramping/spotting like I usually do before period.

Going out of my mind torturing myself. Have been trying for a year now 😭

How many days after a missed period would you take a pregnancy test?

I’m only a day late but have not had my usual pre-period symptoms and pains. I’ve seen this post on Instagram about how women are having double periods or delayed ones due to this heatwave. Ik really hot weather can mess menstruation so now I’m unsure if it’s pregnancy or heatwave. I did do a test couple of days ago and it was negative.

What’s the soonest DPO you got a positive??

Just for fun what’s the soonest DPO (days post ovulation) you got a positive test result? I’ve seen people say 5DPO & 6DPO but I don’t know how accurate that is as it’s so early?? With my first I was 10 DPO but I didn’t do any tests earlier than that so not sure how much HCG would have been detected.
