Brown spotting/discharge - 30+3

Hey. I need some advice. Since last night after intercourse I have been having light brown bleeding/discharge. It was very much like spotting last night there wasn’t a lot of it. So this morning it carried on very little so I put a pad on just to monitor and it wasn’t heavy at all so I took it off a few hours later. I have been busy on my feet today as I have two children but I have just been to the toilet and it is in my knickers now. Is this normal? I have had it before after intercourse but it’s never gone on this long 🤷🏼♀️

Might be worth just checking with the midwife? If your placenta is low at all it could be a cause for the spotting x
I had the same thing last week - called the midwife just to check and they said they aren’t concerned unless there’s cramping, it gets heavier/more red or baby movements are reduced. Any of those/anything else that doesn’t feel right I’d say give triage a call for peace of mind x
I had this a couple of times but not sex related. I was asked to come in and be examined. They found cells growing on the surface of my cervix which had become irritated and started bleeding.
Contact triage if you want a bit of peace of mind, but I wouldn’t be too concerned especially if after sex.
