Hey just wondering if anyone is in the same position for some reassurance really… I’m 35 weeks and into and I haven’t done any exercise for weeks because it has been soooo hot and I have been feeling pretty awful 😪 getting really worried I haven’t been exercising!

I haven’t done any proper exercise since I found out I was pregnant 🙅🏼♀️ I try to do an evening walk most nights, but with the heat and foot swelling I haven’t been able to! I’ve been managing perhaps three walks a week, for about twenty minutes and that’s a maximum 🫨

I haven’t done exercise since I found out I was pregnant. Have done a few walks here and there but now starting labouring prep so doing a lot of pelvic work and hip opening stretches! 33 weeks today. Don’t beat yourself up over it your body is doing extraordinary things right now 💪

I have 2 toddlers and im due in 6wks so i feel like my daily running round is a lot but every 3 days roughly i follow a channel on youtube called Postpartum & Pregnancy TV its a dark haired lady and i do 1 of her videos, now i am heavier its usually more stretches x
