20 week scan

Im just looking for abit of advice. I had my 20 week scan yesterday and they said that baby was measuring a little small and said from 28 weeks I'll have to have growth scans . Is that anything to be worried about? And also they have had to re book me in for another scan as they couldn't see baby properly due to how low down she was .Is it normal for baby to be really low down at 20 weeks?

sometimes babies are smaller than they’re supposed to be mine which scanning a week smaller than she actually is and then all of a sudden she went back to her normal size so just give the baby time and with being concerned about if your baby dropped or not, I don’t know. I wasn’t sure when mine dropped, but I noticed around six months maybe so about around 27, 28 weeks

Ah dont worry about it. They just dont like babies being too small as small babies come with risks. My nephew was a small baby. Born at 40 weeks and they had to go and buy tiny baby clothes because new born swamped him. Tiny baby swamped him. The doctors and nurses where impressed because he was ober 6lb but was soooooooooo tiny.

Some babies are just little. As long as baby is healthy, size doesn’t matter. They are just wanting to monitor just in case.
