SEVERE PELVIC GIRDLE PAIN and SPD

Hi everyone, I have been suffering from Severe Pelvic girdle pain since 19 weeks and it's been extremely exhausting as I have been struggling to walk or do any activities, I am officially entering my third trimester 28 weeks next week and the pain and only gotten worse off, I am fed up of going to the midwives, docs as they offer nothing except being told its normal was referred to the physio and saw yesterday just to be told to do the exercises they have given, i read online that the physio can offer manual therapy, I did ask about it but was told that they can't offer that to me as they don't have time, at this point I am just so frustrated and. Fed up, I am at high risk of developing DVT (clots) as my BMI is above the normal level, i keep explaining that if they won't help managing my pain i won't be able to move around has anyone else experienced this and what has worked for you! At this point i would do anything to get some relief

I had this when I was pregnant with my first so I can relate and it was awful and nothing helped tbh! I was just counting down the days until baby was here, apparently swimming can help which I didn’t try which may be worth giving a go and seeing if it makes a difference?

I've been having severe pelvic girdle pain too and am also in PT which I think has helped but it's also very painful. The one thing that let's me move around but doesn't hurt is aquafit/aquaerobics/aquazumba or swimming. In the water 80% of the pain just goes away. I have my PT's permission to skip my PT exercises any day I can do at least 50 minutes in the water. I've joined a gym with a pool and am getting to that 2-3 days a week and it's the best.

Is this a bloody show or am I bleeding?

Maybe tmi but I was having what I thought was Braxton hicks last 2 days but more intense last night then went to toilet had bit of blood. More this morning. I'm due up in hospital for a scan today anyway as baby was transverse at last scan. Don't really remember bloody show last time. This is baby num 4. Husband in England for work and not due home to late tomorrow night so worried he will miss birth. Pains have stopped now apart from bit of period cramps

What should I do?

I was really hoping for a natural birth but went for a scan at 37 weeks and he’s estimated to be 8.5lbs currently. They said if I carry on to 40 weeks, he’ll be over 11lbs. They’ve talking about induction and c- section but I didn’t want either but I also know if I decline, he’s probably going to be too big to push out naturally anyway. I’m at a loss here 😩

6 week check up

Did anyone else expect that they would be asked how they are feeling/healing as well as the baby’s development/check up at 6 weeks?

Not sure if I was a bit naive expecting the doc to ask about how I was doing after forceps / episiotomy birth.. and if stitches had healed ok?
