I know it's normal but I don't know what to do anymore. Caffeine won't do it. I'm yawning and falling asleep and tired all day long. I'm really struggling at work and catching up with household chores (those can wait) but at work it is really hurting my focus and productivity. Anything that has helped you to wake up?. I'm in bed from the moment I get home to the next day as late as possible. Some days are harder than others. I take my vitamins as directed. I'm eating like a construction worker hahaha

Oh my gosh, I’m 7w5d and I could’ve written this myself. 🫠 The exhaustion is unreal. The worst part is I’m somehow exhausted all day and dealing with severe pregnancy insomnia at night, so I can’t even sleep when I finally have the chance. It’s honestly been miserable. 😭 Please tell us it gets better because I don’t know how people function like this. Sending you so much love—you are definitely not alone. 🤍

I just wanted to say that I am there with you. I've never been so constantly exhausted in my life. Luckily, I am a SAHM, and I usually try to get in a nap with my 2 year old and let my 6 year oldhace tablet time.
if this is your first, then absolutely get as much rest as you can now! lol I wish I had fully understood that my last time being able to go to bed early and sleep in was my my LAST haha because there is no such thing after baby comes.
I have heard that if you have low iodine that an iodine supplement is helpful for energy and pregnancy fatigue.
